This is an OCN NI Apprenticeship Qualification.The qualification provides learning opportunities for learners to develop their hospitality and tourism skills while working in a range of establishments, for example, bars, restaurants, cafes, conference centres, banqueting venues, hotels, contract caterers, tourist information centres and visitor attractions. Learners must successfully complete the 3 core units for a total of 45 credits, plus a minimum of 25 credits from any of the optional units – totalling a minimum of 70 credits.
