At OCN, we've designed our certificates with advanced security features to ensure they’re safe, secure, and protected against fraud.

Unique, genuine watermark paper that can’t be easily copied.
Secure holographic protection to prevent counterfeiting.
Advanced graphics similar to those used in banknotes, for extra security.
Multi-coloured UV printing for added layers of protection.
Anti-alteration technology to stop any unauthorised changes.
Additionally, our certificates include a special QR code verification system. This allows employers, training providers, and others to quickly verify a certificate's authenticity by simply scanning the QR code.
Our eCertificates also come with QR code verification and password protection.

Need a Replacement Certificate?
If you’ve lost or damaged your OCN certificate, don’t worry – we’ve made it easy for you to get a replacement.
Fill out a simple form
Complete our Replacement Certificate Request Form. It only takes a few minutes.
Provide the details
We’ll ask for some information, such as your name, date of birth, the Qualification/Endorsed Course, and when you studied. This helps us find your records quickly.
Submit your request
Once you’ve filled in the form, send it back to us along with the processing fee and a copy of ID. We’ll start working on your replacement right away!

If you are a Centre that requires a replacement certificate, you can request this via QuartzWeb

What Happens Next?
Processing Time
Once we have received all the required information and payment, if required, we aim to issue your replacement certificate within 2 working days.
Secure Delivery
Your certificate will be securely delivered to your home address, or you can also opt for an eCertificate.
Important Information
There is a £25 fee for issuing a replacement hardcopy certificate, which helps cover the cost of reprinting and verification. There is no associated cost for the issuing of a replacement eCertificate.
