Qualification Information
The OCN NI Level 2 Certificate and Diploma in Retail Knowledge qualifications are designed to develop the knowledge of those who are working or wish to work in the retail sector. These qualifications are mapped to National Occupational Standards (NOS) in Retail Knowledge where appropriate: NOS - Retail Knowledge NOS - Sales of Alcoholic Beverages in Retail NOS - Fresh Produce in Retail NOS - Beauty Products in Retail NOS - Plants in Retail NOS - Sales of Lottery Products In order to achieve the OCN NI Level 2 Certificate in Retail Knowledge, learners must complete a total of 15 credits. This consists of all mandatory units for a total of 10 credits, plus 5 credits from any optional units.
