Alcohol abuse is a serious problem faced by many individuals daily. Awareness programmes can help learners understand the limits of alcohol intake and possible consequences of alcohol abuse. The OCN NI qualifications in Alcohol Awareness have been designed to provide learners with an understanding of the possible causes of alcohol misuse and effects it has on self and others. The learner will also be able to find out what sources of help and information is available to them.In order to achieve the qualification learners must complete the one unit – 3 credits.
