The aim of the OCN NI Level 4 Certificate in Providing Social Security Advice and the OCN NI Level 4 Extended Certificate in Providing Social Security Advice is to provide learners with an understanding of social security benefits and how to advise clients regarding social security benefits issues. These qualifications will provide learners with the fundamental skills for advice provision along with an understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements for providing generalist and specialist advice.
