Qualification Information

The OCN NI suite of qualifications in Languages aims to provide an opportunity for accreditation in language skills. Learners benefit from improved communication skills in both vocational and social context and may also expand cultural knowledge. Learning a language also enhances career opportunities. OCN NI language provision covers a range of languages including Arabic, French, German, Irish, Italian, Japanese and Spanish.In order to achieve the OCN NI Level 3 Certificate in Modern Languages, the learner is required to complete 4 units worth 6 credits for a total of 24 credits. All 4 units must be completed in the same language.
