Quality Assurance
To manage OCN NI qualifications or endorsed courses effectively your Centre should ensure that all staff with responsibility for the provision have access to information on OCN NI operating procedures, access to OCN NI training opportunities and are supported in their work. Staff with responsibility for OCN NI provision will include, depending on the size of your Centre and extent of your provision:
- Tutors/assessors
- Internal verifiers
- Quality managers
- Administrators
- Examinations officers
- Finance officers
- Curriculum/training/development managers
Your Centre is responsible for ensuring that OCN NI policies and procedures are appropriately communicated to the relevant staff and that those staff adhere to these policies and procedures as relevant.

- Appeals Policy
- Complaints Policy
- Fees and Invoicing Policy
- Making Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), exemptions and equivalence requests
