OCN is proud to announce that it has been accredited as a Living Wage Employer, demonstrating the organisation's commitment to paying the real Living Wage and helping to ensure a decent standard of living for all its employees.
Accreditation as a Living Wage Employer reflects OCN's ongoing dedication to supporting staff and maintaining fairness across the organisation. This achievement adds to OCN's growing portfolio of recognised standards and chartered marks, reinforcing its commitment to quality, continuous improvement, cybersecurity, excellent service and most importantly, its people.

The Living Wage Foundation's real Living Wage remains the only UK wage rate independently calculated based on the cost of living, rising annually based on living costs. It gives employers the confidence they are paying a wage that meets everyday needs.
