Qualification Delivery

What are centres?

OCN NI refers to “Centres” to describe the organisations we work with. A Centre is an organisation undertaking the delivery of an assessment (and potentially other activities) to Learners on behalf of an awarding organisation.

Centres are typically educational institutions, training providers, or employers (“Ofqual General Conditions of Regulation”).  Centres are the organisations that use OCN NI Qualifications and/or Endorsed Courses.

We work with a wide variety of organisations from, Further Education Colleges and Schools to Private Training Organisations, Adult Education Providers to Voluntary & Community Organisations, and from SME’s to Public Sector Bodies such as Health Trusts, NI Prison Service and Local Government Agencies.

Having the recognition from a leading Awarding Organisation such as OCN NI can provide your organisation with countless opportunities to enhance the educational needs of the learners around you. Our Qualifications and Endorsed Courses can meet the needs of your entire community. To become a recognised centre with OCN NI please click the Become a centre link below.
