Update 13: OCN NI Appeals Policy for Extraordinary Grading Arrangements Summer 2020

This policy is aimed at our centres, including their learners, who have been given a Calculated Grade (CAG). It sets out the process you should follow when submitting appeals to us and the process we will follow when responding to enquiries and appeals. It is also for use by our staff to ensure they deal with all appeals in a consistent manner. This appeals policy is valid for contested CAG results awarded by OCN NI during the summer window (21st March-31st July 2020). Any other appeals should refer to OCN NI’s standard appeals policy which is available at www.ocnni.org.uk
