There has been an increasing demand from employers in recent years for training that focuses on the development of generic, transferable work skills. The workforce of today needs to be adaptable, flexible and willing to learn. Hence, the issue of employability skills is high on the national education and training agenda. In order to achieve this qualification, learners must successfully complete a minimum of 3 credits from the optional units.OCN NI have a number of resources that are available to assist in the delivery of this qualification.
